Sandra Neff: Letting Go, Acceptance & Love

I met Sandra while attending a Guardian of Life retreat on a Swedish Island off the coast of Stockholm in September 2019. She and her friend Marco volunteered to cook the meals for the 34 participants in the retreat. I did my best to help.

Sandra, who is Swiss, is well known for her ability to successfully support her clients’ transformational healing. She doesn’t consider herself a healer, but a catalyst that helps her clients consciously progress by coming back into balance with Universal Energy. In her words: “I teach people how they can access a state of consciousness where they are connected with their inner core, but at the same time feel their interconnectedness to everyone and everything. I call it the space without time, the space of the creation–energy that they can feel in their own being and from where they can co-create a more conscious journey.”

The growing demand for her services often keeps her busy sometimes up to 16 hours a day seeing clients and conducting classes at Wirkstatt Auboden, the community and retreat center that she and her wife Sabina opened a little over 2 years ago. Although still young and growing, it’s an example of the new wave of communities built on principals like sustainability, personal growth and interconnectedness that are forming around the world.

Like so many of the people with lived experience we have interviewed, Sandra’s journey and unique abilities were partially catalyzed by difficulties she faced during her youth. Here she explains an issue that led her to realize the power of letting go, acceptance and love.
